CHAPEL HILL, NC/ ROME, GA — The Cornell women's tennis post-season representatives have both been knocked out in the round of 32 of their respective tournaments.

Freshman Sage Loudon lost in the ITA Sectional Championship women's singles round of 32 to Boston College's Natalie Eordekian 6-3, 4-6, 6-2 and the doubles team of Jenny Wong and Emma Baker lost in the ITA Conference Master's women's doubles round of 32 to Charleston Southern University's Noa Boyd and Amila Jusufbegovic 4-6, 7-6(3),10-6. 

These loses mark the end of the Big Red women's tennis team's fall season. Cornell will be back in action on Friday, Jan. 24 at 5:00 p.m. when they take on Niagara at the Reis Tennis Center.
