ITHACA, N.Y. — The Cornell men's polo team (5-4) will look to win its second straight contest when it faces Georgetown University on Friday, Feb. 2, at 7 p.m. at the Oxley Equestrian Center.
The Big Red opened the second half of its season last Friday with a 28-12 victory over Yale at the Yale Polo and Equestrian Center. Eduardo Palacios, Patricio Fraga-Errecart and Benito Jaramillo Samper led the scoring effort for Cornell.
This will be the second contest this season between Cornell and Georgetown. The teams met at the UVa Fall Tournament in October, with the Big Red prevailing 10-9. Patricio Fraga-Errecart led the Big Red with six goals in that contest. Jaramillo Samper had four.
