Morera, Gerardo Lead Equestrian to High Point Team Title at RIT Show II

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Cornell equestrian team earned the title of High Point Team at RIT Show II on Sunday. Erin Morera was one of the High Point riders and Riley Gerardo was Reserve High Point rider for the Big Red.

Janice Shen (introductory), Uma Comfort (novice), Estelle Azurin (limit flat), Riley Gerardo (open flat), Maddie Samtani (limit fences), Jillian Ryan (limit fences), Savannah Fasner (limit fences), Emerson Cassidy (intermediate fences) and Erin Morera (open fences) all recorded first place finishes for Cornell in the show.

Alexa Carey (introductory), Alexis Musselman (novice), Evelyn Gurvich (novice), Maddie Samtani (limit flat), Halle Avartin (limit fences), Erin Morera (intermediate flat), Jianna Simcik (intermediate fences) and Riley Gerardo (open fences) all recorded second place finishes for the Big Red.

Milla Berg (novice), Jianna Simcik (intermediate flat) and Allison Rice (intermediate flat) recorded third place finishes for Cornell.
