PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Cornell volleyball closed its regular season with authority Saturday night, sweeping Brown 25–10, 25–22, 25–22 at the Pizzitola Sports Center to lock in a 10–4 Ivy League finish and roll into next weekend's Ivy League Tournament with momentum.
Cornell hit .317 as a team and out-aced the Bears 10–0, pairing steady defense with a sharp, balanced attack to cap its 15th win of the year.

Nicole Mallus led all hitters with 14 kills on .545 hitting, adding four digs.
Mackenzie Parsons delivered another dominant two-way showing with 12 kills on .632, along with three blocks. Eliza Konvicka tallied 11 kills, a team-high four aces, and seven digs. Mary Wolcott and Doga Ozalp paced the setting unit, combining for 37 assists and four aces. Meghan Gaffigan and Ava Bogan added size at the net, each finishing with three blocks.
Set 1: Cornell 25, Brown 10
Cornell stormed out to a commanding start, using a blistering .444 hitting percentage and five service aces—three from Konvicka—to overwhelm the Bears early. Mallus and Parsons powered the offense through the opening stretch, while the block duo of Parsons and Gaffigan locked up Brown's left side. A 10–1 mid-set surge pushed the Big Red out of reach as they closed the frame decisively.
Set 2: Cornell 25, Brown 22
Brown steadied in the second set, but Cornell's poise held firm. Mallus took over offensively with six kills, while Parsons added four more on efficient swings. Konvicka's serve again played a key role, along with timely digs from Sarita Pomar and Ozalp. Tied at 21, Cornell rattled off four of the final five points—highlighted by a Gaffigan-Parsons block—to take a 2–0 match lead.
Set 3: Cornell 25, Brown 22
The finale featured the tightest play of the night, with eight ties before Cornell ultimately separated late. Parsons and Konvicka continued to find seams in the Brown defense, and Wolcott swung the tempo with back-to-back aces that flipped the set in Cornell's favor. Gaffigan delivered the final kill to seal the road sweep and punctuate the regular-season finale.
