UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Junior epeeist Ketki Ketkar finished sixth at the 2025 NCAA Championships that concluded on Sunday at Penn State's Multi-Sport Facility. She claimed All-America honors for the second straight season, becoming the first Big Red fencer to do so in consecutive years at nationals since Meghan Phair '06 in 2003 and 2004.

Ketkar finished the two-day event with a 16-7 record, including going 7-1 on the final day with her lone loss coming to national runner-up Tierna Oxenreider of Columbia. Two of her wins on Sunday came against national semifinalists Hadley Husisian and Leehi Machuksly of Princeton. Ketkar finished two wins out of the semifinals, with her +21 touch differential also ranking sixth among the 24 epee fencers. She completed day one with a 9-6 mark and a +7 point differential. Ketkar reached the national semifinals a season ago in her first NCAA appearance.

Sophomore Samantha Marsee was 15th overall with the sabre, recording a 9-13 overall record and a -12 touch differential. After day one she had a 7-8 mark as the team's lone representative with the weapon, earning victories over top 12 fencers Kaitlyn Pak of Harvard and Jenna Shoman of Harvard, with Pak finishing sixth overall. Renata Chusid rounded out the Big Red contingent with a 21st-place effort in foil. She finished the tournament 6-17, with her best win coming over No. 14 Sabrina Cho of Penn.

Cornell's three fencers recorded 31 points to place 16th overall at the combined championships. Only Northwestern, with 62 points, outscored the Big Red while fielding a single gender team.
