JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Men's track and field resume on Thursday with the two field events that got postponed from Wednesday.
After having to wait another day to take the stage in Florida, Eli Gault-Crabb and Peter Northrup stepped up to compete in each of their events.
Gault-Crabb competed in the pole vault for the Big Red putting up a 5.18m mark to place 25th overall.
Peter Northrup made his first appearance at a NCAA meet with a 17.60m mark in the shot put to place 33rd in a field of primarily upperclassmen.

Damian Hackett and Derek Amicon are set to finish out the meet for Cornell tomorrow starting at 5:15 p.m.
