HANOVER, N.H. -- The Cornell women's tennis team dropped a 4-0 decision to No. 62 Dartmouth on Saturday at the Boss Tennis Center. The Big Red fell to 7-12 (0-6 Ivy League), while the Big Green improved to 14-7 (3-3 Ivy).

Cornell split the doubles matches but came up short of the point as Dartmouth claimed wins at Nos. 2 and 3. The Big Red's top pairing of Michelle Ryndin and Sage Loudon earned a 6-3 victory, but the Big Green answered with a 6-4 win at No. 2 and a 6-1 decision at No. 3 to take the early advantage.

In singles play, Dartmouth secured the match with straight-set victories at Nos. 6, 2 and 1. Josephine Lombardi defeated Emma Baker at No. 6 to open the scoring, followed by Michela Moore's win over Loudon at No. 2. Peyton Capuano then clinched the match with a 6-3, 7-6 victory against Ryndin at the top spot.

Three matches were left unfinished once the outcome was decided. Victoria Zhao, Dylan Gelber, and Andrea Martinez De Los Rios were each engaged in competitive three-set battles at Nos. 3, 4 and 5, respectively.

The Big Red will close out the 2025-26 season when it visits No. 69 Harvard on Sunday, April 19 at 1 p.m. at the Beren Tennis Center.
