Before joining the St. Bonaventure staff, Easter served two seasons (2017-19) as Director of Basketball Operations at George Mason and two seasons (2015-17) as a graduate assistant at Virginia Commonwealth.

A Hampton, Virginia native, Easter began her coaching career at the high school level, serving as head girls junior varsity basketball coach at her alma mater, Bethel High School (2013-15). She assisted the varsity program to a 21-1 record and a 6-A South State runner-up finish in 2014-15.

Easter was a standout player at George Mason, where she was a four-year starter and team captain for the Patriots. She finished her career in 2013 ranked 11th on GMU's all-time scoring list with 1,277 points and ninth in career rebounds (753), while averaging 10.6 points and 6.3 rebounds over 120 career games.
