ITHACA, N.Y. – The Cornell men's basketball team will welcome seven newcomers for the upcoming 2026-27 campaign. The five freshmen and two transfers will help Cornell in its quest for the program's first Ivy League title since 2009-10.

Three-time first-team all-state, all-district and all-conference selection at Meigs HS ... named Conference Player of the Year and District Player of the Year in both his junior and senior seasons ... averaged 24 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists per game as a senior ... recorded 13 games with 30 or more points in his final season ... named Hardwood Heroes Player of the Year in 2026 ... participated in the Ohio vs. Kentucky All-Star Game and the Ohio North-South All-Star Game ... earned Academic All-Ohio honors ... became the school's all-time leading scorer, tallying over 1,500 career points along with more than 700 rebounds and 200 3-pointers made ... was a three-sport athlete who also excelled on the baseball diamond, going 15-2 as a pitcher and earning all-district honors while helping his team to back-to-back district and conference championships in 2023 and 2024.

Averaged 10.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game as a freshman at Lock Haven, shooting .498 from the field and .397 percent from 3-point range while starting all 29 games ... scored a season-high 23 points against East Stroudsburg ... posted season highs of 10 rebounds against Holy Family and six assists against both Penn State-Scranton and Millersville … earned South Jersey Player of the Year honors as a senior at Camden Catholic HS .... averaged 16.6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game his final season, leading his school to an appearance in the state championship game … recorded a triple double in the sectional championship against the No. 1 team in the state … ended his career with 1,694 points, averaging 14.7 points over his four varsity seasons … also had more than 700 rebounds, 350 assists and 85 percent shooting from the free-throw line.
