ITHACA, N.Y. — Twenty-three Cornell men's ice hockey student-athletes were named to the 2026 ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team, the conference office announced Wednesday afternoon (July 15).

Student-athletes are eligible for the ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team by carrying a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.00 on a 4.0 scale, or by accumulating a cumulative GPA of 3.00 over the last three semesters.

Recent graduate Jack O'Brien '26 was the Big Red's lone player to earn a fourth ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team selection, while fellow recent graduate Nick DeSantis '26, rising senior forwards Luke Devlin, Jake Kraft, and Ryan Walsh, rising defenseman George Fegaras, and former defensemen Marian Mosko and Hoyt Stanley each earned All-Academic honors for the third time in their collegiate careers.

Rising junior defenseman Michael Fisher was named to the ECAC Hockey Commissioner's List in his first season with the Big Red. A student-athlete from each of the conference's 12 member programs earns that distinction, awarded to the player with the highest cumulative GPA on each team.

Joining Fisher as first-time honorees include rising sophomore forwards Connor Arseneault, Reegan Hiscock, and Aiden Long, rising junior defensemen Luke Ashton, rising sophomore defensemen Luke McCrady and Xavier Veilleux, and rising sophomore goaltender Erick Roest.
