Biography

Freshman Season - 2008
Timpano appeared in 12 games in relief of injured starter Adam Jacobs, earning the start in nine games. He went hitless in 12 at-bats while drawing a pair of walks on the year.  

Freshman Season - 2007
Timpano made one appearance on the year, pinch-hitting on March 25 at Army. He popped out in the ninth inning of Cornell’s 16-5 loss at the hands of the Black Knights.

At New Hartford
Timpano was a three-time American Legion All-Star and helped his team win the state championship in 2006. He earned a pair of letters at New Hartford, also lettering twice as a fullack and linebacker with the football squad.

Personal
Edmund Joseph Timpano is the son of Dominick Timpano and Carol Timpano, and he has two brothers. Timpano is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
