At Cornell
Junior (2007-08): Ulrich defended the Big Red at the blue line in all 30 games as a junior. She tallied five assists and led the team in plus/minus at +8. In Cornell’s 7-4 win over Princeton on Nov. 16, Ulrich notched her first assist of the year while recording a +3 rating for the game. On Jan. 25 at Brown, she was +2 and assisted on Caeleigh Beerworth’s game-winning goal. Ulrich notched two assists in the final three games of the season against ECAC Hockey champions, Harvard. She was penalized five times for 10 minutes. Ulrich was named to the ECAC Hockey all-academic team and won the Big Red's junior class Wendell & Francelia Earle Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement.


Sophomore (2006-07): Ulrich scored her first career goal on Nov. 3 at Wayne State on the power play. Playing in all 29 games, she finished the season with two goals and four assists. At Harvard, Ulrich notched a goal and assist. She also tallied an assist in each game against Union. Ulrich was penalized 12 times for 24 minutes.

Freshman (2005-06): Ulrich appeared in 22 games for the Big Red. A disciplined defenseman, Ulrich was only penalized six times to total 12 minutes.

Prior to Cornell
Ulrich captained her Burnsville ice hockey team in 2005 and was named an all-conference selection that same year. As a junior, she was an all-conference honorable mention. She was awarded six letters playing ice hockey for Burnsville, staring for four years. She also received one letter as a sprinter on the track and field team. In 2001-02, Ulrich was part of the Community Olympic Development Program and was a Junior Festival participant in 2004.

Personal
Stephanie Elizabeth Ulrich is the daughter of Jon and Grace Ulrich. She is enrolled in Cornell's College of Arts and Sciences.
