As a senior
Lewicki persevered through injuries to return to the mound after a two-year absence. He returned to game action for the Big Red this season, making three appearances against Delaware State, Siena and Princeton.

As a junior
Lewicki did not see varsity action as a junior in 2011 due to injury.

As a sophomore
Lewicki was sidelined due to injury for the entire 2010 season.

As a freshman
Lewicki made seven appearances as a freshman, getting the starting nod on April 21 at Siena. There, he worked three innings, allowing only a single walk while striking out one in a no-decision. Lewicki finished the season with a 4.09 earned run average. He struck out a total of 11 batters on the year, including a season-high four in 1.2 innings of scoreless relief on April 5 at Dartmouth. Lewicki also pitched three innings of scoreless relief on March 21 at Sacramento State, fanning one while allowing three hits. 

Prior to Cornell
Lewicki led his team to the league finals and sectional semifinals and was a Bay Area World Series selection. His team at Bellarmine College Prep included 13 other Division I recruits, including seven other pitchers. He played on the Los Gatos Colts and San Jose Palomino all-star teams, advancing to the sectional tournament. Lewicki picked up a pair of letters pitching at Bellarmine.

Personal
Patrick John Elliott Lewicki is the only son of John and Jennifer Lewicki. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
