Junior Season — 2011-12
Sinopoli made one appearance this season, tossing 14 pitches and recording one out April 17 against Siena.

Sophomore Season — 2010-11
Sinopoli pitched in seven contests out of the bullpen, recording a 10.80 ERA while not posting a decision in 2011. He was on the mound for 11.2 innings. He worked at least one inning in each of his seven appearances, including a hitless inning against Virginia. Sinopoli didn't allow an earned run in three contests and gave up one hit or less in three games.

Freshman Season — 2009-10
Sinopoli made a pair of relief appearances on the season, recording a 15.19 earned-run average and not recording a decision. He made his debut with 1.2 innings of relief work on April 3 against Dartmouth, then worked 3.2 innings of three-run relief against Siena on April 20, striking out three in that contest.

Prior to Cornell
Sinopoli earned a pair of letters at Fayetteville-Manlius, capturing the league championship as a senior and earning first-team all-league honors. He played for the Onondaga Classic League All Stars during the summer prior to enrolling at Cornell.

Personal
Joseph Michael Sinopoli is the son of Joe and Maria Sinopoli and has two older sisters. He is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
