Biography

Senior Season — 2011-12
Jillson tied a career-high with seven goals, with many of them coming in some of the team's biggest games. His first goal of the season came in front of a sold-out crowd of 18,200 at Madison Square Garden in New York, proving to be the Big Red's only goal against Boston University in an overtime loss. His next strike kicked off the scoring in Cornell's upset road victory over sixth-ranked Colorado College on Jan. 6. Jillson's final tally of the season was the second goal in the Big Red’s victory over Dartmouth in the ECAC Hockey quarterfinals on March 10. He also set up Sean Collins' winning goal in Cornell's must-win game March 17 against Colgate at the ECAC Hockey Championship's consolation game — a victory that propelled the Big Red to an at-large berth in the NCAA tournament.

Junior Season - 2010-11
Jillson's junior season saw him appear in 32 games and collect five goals and eight assists for 13 points. He picked up one multi-point game on the season, scoring a goal and adding an assist in the win against Clarkson on Nov. 6. Jillson had a string of three straight games with a point, scoring a goal against Dartmouth on Feb. 19, then picking up assists in both ends of the road trip to Brown and Yale on Feb. 25-26. He also earned an assist in the victory against Dartmouth in the ECAC Hockey semifinals on March 18. Sophomore Season - 2009-10
Jillson began to establish himself as an offensive threat during his second season at Cornell, scoring seven goals and adding six assists for 13 points. After struggling through the early part of the season, he scored his first goal of the year on Nov. 28 against Boston University at Madison Square Garden. After the holiday break, he came out and four points in the first six games. Jillson had a three-point game on Jan. 30 against Clarkson, scoring two goals and adding an assist, including his first career power-play goal. He tallied a pair of game-winners, including the 4-1 victory against Union on Feb. 26 and again on March 19 in the ECAC Hockey semifinal against Brown.
