Biography

As a senior

In his first season as the sole starter, Lee proved to be one of the top catchers in the Ivy League while earning a second-team All-Ivy selection. He set career-highs for runs (21), hits (49), doubles (13) and RBIs (20), and he was one of the top defensive catchers in the league as well. He ranks 11th in program history for the lowest stolen base against percentage (.728). ... Lee had two six-game hitting streaks, March 2-11 and March 31-April 7. He also had four three-hit games, with three of them coming in Ivy League play.

He was 2-for-4 with two doubles and two runs scored against Penn and was 2-for-4 with a walk and two RBI against St. Joseph's.

Lee shared the starting catcher spot with Mike Lopez, also seeing time at designated hitter, before an injury sidelined him in mid-April, but not before he was able to post a .323 batting average and a pair of home runs in 22 appearances. Lee recorded six multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games on the season, highlighted by a 3-for-3 performance on April 3 against Dartmouth. He drove in three with a 2-for-4 showing in game one at Penn on April 18, going 2-for-4 with a run scored on a home run, his second of the year. Lee also hit a home run on April 3 in game two against Dartmouth.

As a freshman

He hit a double for his first career hit on March 15 at Santa Clara, driving in three in that game and scoring once. He then went 2-for-4 with a solo home run on April 14 at LeMoyne. Lee then went 3-for-5 a week later in a start at Siena, driving in another run. For the season, he finished with three runs scored and six RBI.
