Junior (2013-14): Poland saw a jump in playing time during her junior season, seeing action in 24 games and averaging a career-high 6.1 minutes per contest. She averaged 1.5 points and 0.7 rebounds per game, while registering eight steals and handing out three assists on the season. Poland recorded a season-high six points at Morgan State, on 3-of-5 shooting, to go along with one assist and one steal.

Sophomore (2012-13): Poland saw action in 18 games during her sophomore season, averaging 5.6 minutes per contest. She finished the year with seven points and 15 rebounds to go along with two assists and one steal. She had a season-high three points at Fordham, connecting on her only field goal and free throw attempt of the contest. She grabbed a season-high four rebounds against Princeton on Feb. 1 and matched that mark with four rebounds at Dartmouth on March 5. 

Freshman (2011-12): Poland saw the most action of any freshman during her rookie season, playing in 17 games. She averaged 1.7 points, 0.9 rebounds and 6.0 minutes per game. Poland earned her first collegiate playing time at William & Mary and registered her first collegiate points and rebounds against Colgate. Poland made all six of her field goal attempts for a season-high 13 points, to go along with three rebounds, an assist and a steal in the win at Penn.

At Hathaway Brown School
Poland was a four-year letter winner at Hathaway Brown HS, serving as team captain during her senior season. She helped her team to three consecutive Division II state championships after a runner-up finish during her rookie campaign. As a senior, she was named a Greater Cleveland Basketball Coaches Association All-Star. Poland was also named to the Ohio High School Coaches Association Scholarship Society as a junior and as a senior. She also lettered twice in volleyball.

Personal
Sarah Glen Poland is the daughter of Chris Poland and she has one younger sister. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
