Sarah Talamantes Career Statistics

At Cornell
Freshman (2011-12): Talamantes played in five games during her rookie campaign and finished the year with four points, four rebounds and two assists. She scored her first collegiate points against Cleveland State and also registered a bucket against Bucknell. Talamantes also had two rebounds and two assists in a season-high seven minutes against the Bison.

At Holy Family High School
Talamantes had an incredibly successful career as a four-year letter winner at Holy Family HS. Her team posted a 103-5 record during her time, winning four consecutive 3A state championships. She was a two-time first-team all-state selection and was named both the 3A Player of the Year and the Metropolitan League Player of the Year as a senior. Talamantes was a three-time first-team All-Metropolitan League selection and a four-time Academic All-State first team honoree. She served as team captain during her senior season and finished as Holy Family’s all-time career points leader. She also lettered once in soccer.

Sarah Melissa Talamantes is the daughter of Micahel and Lisa Talamantes and she has one older brother and one younger sister. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
