Li did not appear in any matches.

Freshman Season — 2011-12
Li was the Big Red's only undefeated singles competitor in dual matches, posting a 4-0 mark in non-league matches from the No. 6 spot against opponents from St. John's, Buffalo, Columbia and Binghamton. She also posted a 10-3 record in doubles matches in the spring, including an impressive 10-2 mark with classmate Sara Perelman. The tandem competed exclusively at the No. 3 position (with the exception of a match against Fairleigh Dickinson in which they competed in the event's lone doubles match), winning their first 10 matches of the season. Li was also 6-4 in tournament play, defeating teammate Kirsten Kohagen to win the C Bracket title of the Cornell Winter Invitational on Jan. 29. She was also 7-4 in tournament doubles play alongside Perelman and Sarah O'Neil.

Prior to Cornell
Li played four years at Horace Greeley HS, helping her team to league championships in 2009 and 2010, while captaining the squad in 2010. A three-time all-league selection, she was also named all-conference in 2008 and all-state in 2010. Li was also a league and section runner-up, as well as state qualifier in 2010.

Personal
Rosemary Yang Li is the daughter of Zhiyong and Jiali Li and has one younger sister. She is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
