At Cornell
Junior (2012): Fox served as one of the team’s tri-captains during the 2012 season. She saw action in eight sets over the course of five matches. She finished the year with six kills, three block assists and two digs. Fox registered a season-high four kills vs. Northern Arizona in her only start of the year.
Sophomore (2011): Fox saw a significant jump in playing time during her sophomore season, seeing action in 23 matches. She finished the year with 44 kills (0.66 kpg) and 29 blocks (0.43 bpg) to go along with 22 digs (0.33 dpg) and a .113 hitting percentage.
Freshman (2010): Fox saw action in just four matches, playing in a total of four sets during her freshman season. She tallied four kills and just one error on 12 attempts (.250) and collected one block on the season.
Prior to Cornell
Fox lettered four times in volleyball at three different schools before graduating from Rochester Lourdes Catholic High School. She served as team captain as a senior and was a two-time All-Conference selection. Fox swept her team’s awards as a senior, earning MVP, as well as the team’s Top Hitter, Top Blocker and Top Server awards. As a sophomore, she helped her team to a third place finish at the Oklahoma State Tournament and was named to the all-tournament team. Fox played her club volleyball with Mizuno Minnesota M1 181.
Personal
Brittany Diana Fox is the daughter of Jody and Todd Fox and she has an older sister and a younger brother. She is enrolled in the School of Hotel Administration.
