Career Statistics
At Cornell
Junior (2012): Trasolini saw action in all 13 games of his junior season as one of the team’s two starting short-stick defensive midfielders, helping a defensive unit that ranked 15th in the nation. He finished the year with 10 ground balls and five caused turnovers. Trasolini picked up a season-high four ground balls in the opener against Binghamton and scooped three ground balls against Harvard.
Sophomore (2011): Trasolini saw action in all 17 games as a member of the Big Red’s defensive midfield. He finished the season with 15 ground balls and five caused turnovers. Trasolini tallied a career-high three ground balls against Princeton.
Freshman (2010): Trasolini saw significant playing time during his rookie season, playing in nine games on the offensive midfield for the Big Red. He picked up one ground ball vs. Army on March 6.
At Christian Brothers Academy
Trasolini played four years and lettered three times at Christian Brothers Academy, serving as team captain in 2009. He finished his senior season with 32 goals and 18 assists for 50 points on the year. Trasolini was named first-team all-league in 2009, after earning second-team honors in 2008. He won both the Section III Scholar Athlete Award, as well as the Air Force Scholar Athlete Award in 2009. Trasolini also lettered three times in football at CBA. He was a two-team all-league selection and won his team’s Most Outstanding Back Award as a senior.
Personal
Thomas Michael Trasolini is the son of Nicholas and Karen Trasolini and he has one older brother and one younger sister and brother. His cousin Andrew Dedio swam at Le Moyne College. Trasolini is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
