Freshman Season — 2013-14
Kutnick was 1-7 in singles and 2-3 in doubles during non-scoring tournaments. She did not compete in any dual matches.

Prior to Cornell
Kutnick joins the Big Red as a walk-on, coming from a very strong Green Farms Academy squad which captured the New England Preparatory School Tennis Tournament title in 2013 after appearing in the finals in the three years prior. She advanced to the Fairfield Athletic Association singles semifinals twice, and help the team win two team championships in 2010 and 2013. She was a three-time all-league selection and received the Coach's Award in 2012 and 2013.

Personal
Kyja Kutnick is the daughter of Dale and Laura Kutnick, and she has two brothers. Her eldest brother, Toren Kutnick, is a Cornell graduate. She is enrolled in the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning.
