Biography
At Cornell
Junior (2015): Donville saw action in four contests during his junior season, playing a total of 34:30 vs. Hobart, Dartmouth, Canisius and Hofstra. He faced eight shots, made one save, and allowed two goals.Â
Sophomore (2014): Donville started the first four games of his sophomore season, finishing with a 4-0 record. He played in six games altogether, seeing action in 223 minutes and posting a .467 save percentage to go along with an 8.63 goals-against average. Donville made a season-high eight saves three times against Hobart, Binghamton, and Michigan. He also picked up three ground balls.Â
Freshman (2013): Donville played in six games as the Big Red’s back-up goalie. He played a total of 38:48, seeing action against Binghamton, Colgate, Canisius, Siena, Dartmouth and Ohio State. He made five saves, including a season-high three against the Big Green.Â
Prior To CornellDonville attended the Hill School after lettering twice at Saint Michael’s College School. A two-time team captain, he led St. Michael’s to a pair of provincial championships and received the school’s Outstanding Senior Athlete award. Donville was named honorable mention All-Interac following his season at the Hill School. He also won a U16 and a pair of U19 national championships with Team Ontario and was selected to play for Team Canada at the 2012 U19 World Championships.Â
PersonalBrennan William Donville is the son of Jason and Jane Donville and he has a younger brother and a younger sister. He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
