• A US Lacrosse All-American.
• Earned four varsity letters at Kent Denver School.
• Was named first-team all-state and was the All-South Suburban conference Player of the Year as a senior .
• Won his team’s MVP award in 2014.
• Earned four varsity letters in football, helping Kent Denver School to at state championship in 2013 and a state runner-up finish in 2015.

• Joseph Allen Rassenfoss is the son of Joe and Caroline Rassenfoss and he has one older sister and one older brother.
• Brother, James, played lacrosse at Holy Cross.
