• Missed the entire season due to injury.

As a sophomore (2016)
• Had a breakout sophomore season, making 29 tackles with three for a loss, 1.5 sacks, five pass breakups and an interception.
• Started the final eight games of the season at outside linebacker.
• Had three tackles in the 2016 season opener at Bucknell.
• Made two tackles and had a half-sack in the win over Yale.
• Made his first career start in the win at No. 25 Colgate, making two tackles and breaking up a pair of passes.
• Had a pair of tackles for a loss, including a sack, at No. 16 Harvard.
• Posted his first career interception and had three tackles against Sacred Heart.
• Posted two tackles and a pass breakup at Brown.
• Made four tackles against Dartmouth.
• Had seven tackles, a tackle for loss and a pass breakup in the win at Columbia.
• Notched three stops in the season finale against Ivy champ Penn.

As a freshman (2015)
• Did not see varsity action as a freshman while playing for the junior varsity.

Marin Catholic HS
• Named to the California All-Star team as a senior at Marin Catholic HS.
• Was an all-league selection as a senior captain while playing defensive end, tight end, fullback and linebacker.
• Was ranked as a two-star prospect by Rivals.com.
• Was a wrestling All-American as a sophomore, placing eighth at nationals.
• Was a two-time Massachusetts state champion at Belmont Hill School.
• Also played lacrosse.

Personal
• Ryan Patrick Kelley is the son of Gregg and Laura Kelley and has two older brothers.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
