• Honorable Mention USILA All-American in 2019.
• Three-time team captain
• Was the first sophomore captain in the history of the men’s lacrosse program in 2017.
• Second-team All-Ivy in 2019 and Honorable Mention All-Ivy in 2017.
• Finished in the top 10 at Cornell for career goals and points.
• Finished the 2019 season ranked second in the nation in shooting percentage (.557), 17th in goals per game (2.93), and 28th in points per game (4.13).
• Named the Ivy League Player of the Week, and to the USILA Team of the Week, twice during the 2019 season.
• Carried the team’s Hard Hat in 2018.
• Became the 43rd player in Cornell history to register 100 career points.
• Led the team in in 2018 in goals (44) and was second overall in assists (19) and points (63).

As a junior (2018)

As a sophomore (2017)
• Named honorable mention All-Ivy.
• The first sophomore captain in Cornell men's lacrosse history.
• More than doubled his offensive production from his freshman to sophomore seasons, ranking second on the team in points (32) and assists (17) while finishing third overall in goals (15).
• Finished the season with the longest point scoring streak on the team (10 games), and registered multiple points in 8-of-13 contests.
• Tallied a season-high six points vs. Leigh (two goals, four assists) and had a season-high four goals vs. No. 13 Virginia.
• Also picked up 22 ground balls and caused four turnovers.
As a freshman (2016)
• Had a remarkable rookie campaign, playing in all 13 games and making 10 starts.
• A talented two-way midfielder that rarely came off the field, he finished the season with nine goals and six assists.
• Was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week twice during the year, taking home the honor on March 1 after the Big Red defeated Hobart and again on April 18 after scoring five goals on just six shots, and adding an assist as Cornell defeated No. 11 Syracuse and Lehigh.
• His performance vs. the Mountain Hawks was one for the ages, as he scored twice in a span of 1:01 to erase Cornell’s two-goal deficit and knot the contest with just 18 seconds to play.
• Picked up 15 ground balls and caused seven turnovers on the year.
• Following the season, he was selected to represent Team Canada at the Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) U19 Men’s Lacrosse World Championship.
• Went on to serve as Team Canada's captain and lead the team to a silver medal.
At The Hill Academy
• Was a four-year member of The Hill Academy lacrosse team.
• Served as team captain in each of his final two seasons.
• Was named the MVP of the 2014 NALI championship game.
• Won the 2014 Lacrosse Award at the Hill Academy.
• Took home the Hill 1845 Award in 2013, given to the hardest working player with a positive attitude.
• Was also a member of the Brampton Junior A Excelsiors.
Personal
• Clarke Alexander Petterson is the son of Norman Petterson and Carole Huntley and he has one younger sister.
• Uncle, the late David Huntley, was an All-American midfielder at Johns Hopkins. He served as an assistant coach with the Chesapeake BayHawks and was also the Director of Team Canada Lacrosse.
• Cousin, Kevin Huntley, was also an All-American at Johns Hopkins and went on to play in the MLL for the Toronto National and Los Angles Riptide.
• enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
