As a senior (2021)

• Named to the All-Ivy second team and to the Crowne Plaza Albany – The Desmond Hotel Volleyball Classic, Cornell Invitational and Duke Classic all-tournament teams.
• Led the team in blocks (52.0) and hitting percentage (.332) while ranking second in kills (182). 
• Her hitting percentage of .332 ranked sixth in the Ivy League and eighth all-time in Cornell history for a single season. 
• Hit .500 or better in four consecutive matches with at least 11 kills, among nine matches with double figure kills.
• Had 10 kills on 19 swings (.526 hitting percentage) with three digs and four blocks at Yale.
• Posted 15 kills against Princeton and 17 vs. Columbia.
• Captured Academic All-Ivy accolades.
 

As a junior (2020)

• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a sophomore (2019)

• Played in six matches as a sophomore, making five starts, before suffering a season-ending injury.
• Averaged 2.79 points and 2.24 kills per set through 17 sets.
• Notched at least six kills in five of the six contests in which she played, including posting a career-high eight kills against Niagara, Utah State, and Saint Francis (Pa.).
• Also tallied a career-high six block assists against Utah State.
• Hit an impressive .425 through six contests, posting a season-best hitting percentage of .615 against Saint Francis.
• Finished the season with 38 kills, 17 blocks, three digs, a service ace, and an assist.
 

As a freshman (2018)

• Played in five matches, seeing action vs. Siena, Lamar, Wright State, Dartmouth (9/29), and Yale (11/9).
• Registered 10 kills on the season.
• Posted a season-high six kills and four digs vs. Siena. 
• Tallied one service ace vs. Lamar.
 

Prior to Cornell

• Justus was a four-year letter winner at North Raleigh Christian Academy, serving as captain in 2017.
• Led her team to three state championships in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
• Was a three-year all-state selection and a three-year all-conference selection from 2015-17.
• Regarded as her team’s best offensive player in 2015 and 2016 and earned MVP honors in 2017.
• Played for Triangle Volleyball Club, where she helped her team to a 19th place finish at the 2017 Junior Olympics.
• Was an AVCA Under Armour All-American Honorable Mention and an Ultra Ankle JVA watch list player in 2017 as a member of TVC.
• Classified as an ACSI Distinguished Christian High School Student, which credits those with outstanding achievement in both academics and athletics in 2016 and 2017.
 

Personal

• Casey Nicole Justus is the daughter of Colin and Joanne Justus and has one younger sister.
• Her uncle, Gary Bailer, played soccer for Manchester United (1977-87) and the English National Team (1977-86).
• She is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
