As a senior (2020)

• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 

As a junior (2019)

• Played in each of the team's 10 games with two starts.
• Opened the season as the team's starting right guard.
• Despite only one returning starter, he was part of a line that helped an offense increase its scoring average, total offense and rushing touchdowns from 2018.
• The line allowed one sack or less in five of the team’s seven Ivy games.
• Helped plow the way for an offense that rushed for 263 yards and three touchdowns in a win at Marist.
• Opened holes for teammate Harold Coles' career-best 141-yard performance at Ivy preseason favorite Yale as the Big Red line surrendered just one sack.
• Helped pave the way for an offense that piled up 470 yards of offense and scored 37 points without allowing a sack in the win over Brown.
• The team had four games with more than 400 yards of total offense – including two 200-yard rushing games and five with at least 250 passing yards.
 

As a sophomore (2018)

• Opened the final eight contests at left guard.
• Garnered his first career start at left guard against Sacred Heart.
• Earned time as a reserve on the offensive line in each of the team’s first two games.
• Helped the Big Red rush for 155 yards and two touchdowns against the nation’s top-ranked rushing defense of Harvard (50.0 ypg.).

As a freshman (2017)

• Did not see varsity action.
 

Prior to Cornell

• Busher was a first-team all-state selection as a senior at Archbishop Alter HS.
• A two-time first-team all-league pick, he was named the conference’s Lineman of the Year as a senior captain.
• Busher was named all-area and all-region two straight years.
• He was a starter on teams that posted a 37-4 record, won two regional titles and made the state finals in 2014.
• Busher also played two seasons of basketball.
 

Personal

• Nick Robert Busher is the son of Ed and Theresa Busher and has two younger sisters and two younger brothers.
• He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
