As a senior (2021)

• Had 156 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns on 46 carries in eight contests.
• Has added six receptions for 6 yards.
• Carried the ball seven times for 21 yards against No. 22 VMI.
• Scored touchdowns against both Yale and Bucknell.
• Ran the ball 11 times for 46 yards in the win over Colgate.
• Recorded seven carries for 32 yards against Brown.

As a junior (2020)

• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 

As a sophomore (2019)

• Scored four touchdowns and converted on a two-point conversion while playing all 10 games with three starts.
• Had 15 receptions and 174 receiving yards with two touchdowns through the air and 29 carries for 58 yards on the ground with two more scores and a two-point conversion.
• Ran 11 times for 17 yards and caught three passes for four yards in the season-opening win at Marist.
• Had a career game at Ivy preseason favorite Yale, hauling in six passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns, including an 89-yard scoring reception that ranks as the fourth-longest in Cornell history.
• The 134 yards was the second-most receiving yards by a running back in Cornell history and earned him a spot on the Ivy League weekly honor roll.
• Had nine carries for 21 yards and rushed for a two-point conversion, Cornell's first rushing PAT since 2005, against Georgetown.
• Missed the Harvard game due to injury.
• Carried three times for eight yards and caught two passes for three more against Colgate.
• Caught an 8-yard pass and carried once for 4 yards in the win over Brown.
• Had one catch for 24 yards and two carries for six more against No. 12 Princeton.
• His only carry went for a 1-yard touchdown at Penn.
• Had one catch for four yards in the win over No. 12 Dartmouth.
• His lone carry went for a 1-yard touchdown in the Empire State Bowl win over Columbia.
 

As a freshman (2018)

• Saw action in nine contests, rushing for 123 yards on 38 carries and catching three passes for two yards.
• Made his collegiate debut at Delaware, rushing twice and catching a pass for a total of 6 yards.
• Had eight carries for 24 yards at No. 17 Colgate.
• Registered 42 yards on 12 carries at No. 17 Princeton.
• Carried four times for 22 yards in the win at Brown.
• Piled up 17 yards on seven carries vs. Penn.
• Carried five times for 15 yards against No. 23 Dartmouth.

Prior to Cornell

• Harrell was named the conference Offensive Player of the Year and was an honorable mention all-state pick as a senior at Marist HS.
• A two-time all-conference pick, he was also named to the academic all-state team twice during his career after leading the team to conference titles.
• Harrell captured all-area accolades as a senior.
• He was part of a state runner-up squad as a sophomore.
 

Personal

• Delonte Jamal Harrell is the son of Henry and Angela Harrell and has two younger brothers and a younger sister.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the SC Johnson College of Business.
