As a sophomore (2018)
• Started all 18 games on the first offensive midfield.
• Was part of the third-highest scoring first offensive midfield units in the nation.
• Ranked sixth on the team in goals (18), assists (9) and points (27).
• Had a season-high four goals vs. Dartmouth.
• Scored twice against both Binghamton, Yale, and Princeton.
• Posted a season-high three assists vs. Maryland in the NCAA Tournament.
• Registered a pair of assists against Penn and Dartmouth.

As a freshman (2017)
• Fletcher had a brilliant campaign as a rookie, starting all 13 games and ranking second on the team in points (32) and goals (22).
• His 22 goals and 32 points are the sixth most ever scored by a Big Red freshman, while his 10 assists rank eight overall.
• Registered at least one point in all but two contests.
• Had multiple points in eight games, including a season-high five goals vs. Penn, tied for the second-most ever scored in a game by a Big Red freshman.
• Also picked up 15 ground balls on the year.
Prior to Cornell
• A four-year letter winner at the Princeton Day School.
• Served as team captain during his senior season and won the Bob Krueger Memorial Award as his team’s MVP.
• Helped the Panthers to a pair of Prep B State Championships (2014, 2016) and a Mercer County Tournament Championship (2016).
• A two-time first-team All-Prep selection.
• Was named all-state, NJ.com All-Prep, and Trenton Times All-Area twice during his career.
• Named first-team All-Bianchi conference as a sophomore.
• Lettered four times in ice hockey and twice in soccer.
• Won two Prep State Championships in hockey and was named first-team All-Prep, while also earning an honorable mention All-Prep selection in soccer.
Personal
• Connor Francis Fletcher is the son of Daniel ’85 and Nancy Fletcher and he has one younger sister.
• His sister, Reilly, is a member of the Big Red women's lacrosse team.
• Great uncle, Bob Mealy ’51, is considered one of the best runners in Cornell track history and is a member of the Cornell Athletic Hall of Fame.
• Enrolled in the Agriculture and Life Sciences.
