Biography

As a Senior (2019-20)

• Saw action in 32 games.
• Totaled 22 points with nine goals and 13 assists.
• Registered her first collegiate hat trick, the first in the 2019-20 season, against Brown (11/16).
• Notched three multi-goal games with five multipoint contests.
 

As a Junior (2018-19)

• Appeared in 31 games.
• Registered a total of 14 points with four goals and 10 assists.
• Scored one game-winning goals and assisted on four others.
• Recorded three multipoint games.
• Finished with a plus/minus of +13.
 

As a Sophomore (2017-18)

• Played in 30 games, recording 11 points from four goals and seven assists.
• Her goals against Princeton (Nov. 4) and St. Lawrence (Jan. 27) entered an empty net.
• Had one multi-point game at Syracuse (Jan. 9), netting one goal and registering one assist.
• Her score against the Orange came just 28 seconds into the contest.
• Also scored at Union College (Feb. 16).
• Blocked nine shots.


As a Freshman (2016-17)

• After missing the first five games of the season due to injury, went on to record 13 points on seven goals and six assists in 28 games.
• Led the Class of 2020 – and was tied for third on the team – with four power-play goals amd also had two game-winning goals.
• Notched her first-career point with an assist against Wisconsin on Nov. 26 while her first-career goal came on Dec. 2 in a 3-1 win over Harvard.
• Both of her game-winning goals came in the ECAC Hockey Tournament, as she sent the Big Red past Colgate on Feb. 25 for a series sweep in the quarterfinals (1-0) and then scored the game-winner against St. Lawrence in the semifinals (3-1).
• Put together a five-game point streak in February, accruing six points (4-2—6) over that span, and had three multi-point games on the season, with all three coming against ECAC Hockey teams.


Prior to Cornell

• Played club hockey for the Oakville Hornets of the Provincial Women’s Hockey League, earning a silver medal at the 2015-16 OWHA Provincial Championships and winning the 2014-15 tournament.
• Skated for Team Newfoundland and Labrador since 2010, and was an assistant captain for the 2015 Canada Winter Games.
• Skated four years for Appleby College in Oakville, Ontario, where she also played soccer.

• Amy Roxanne Curlew is the daughter of Tony and Zena Curlew.
• She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
