Biography
As a senior (2021)
• Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a junior (2020)
• Played in all six games with four starts, registering three goals and a team-best eight assists while also grabbing two ground balls and adding caused turnover.
• Notched a goal and an assist in the season opener vs. Villanova.
• Assisted on a goal and won a ground ball in the win over Marist.
• Tallied a goal and two assists in the win at Harvard.
• Had a goal and four assists along with a ground ball win in the victory over Columbia.
As a sophomore (2019)
• Ranked fourth on the team with 27 points, with her nine assists ranking third.
• Added eight ground balls and seven draw controls while connecting on 3-of-4 free position shots.
• Started in 14 of the team's 16 games while seeing action in each.
• Had five multi-goal contests, including a five-goal, six-point effort at Syracuse.
• Posted two goals, including the game winner, in a victory over Colgate.
• Had a pair of assists and three draw controls in a triumph over Binghamton.
• Notched a hat trick among a four-point day vs. Brown.
As a freshman (2018)
• Saw action in 12 games.
• Led all rookies in assists (4) and netted one goal.
• Picked up two ground balls, caused two turnovers and collected six draw controls.
• Recorded two assists in the season opener against Villanova.
• Had one assist at Penn State.
• Notched one goal and one assist versus Columbia.
Prior to Cornell
• Earned four combined varsity letters in lacrosse at Mamaroneck HS (2014, 2015) and Bronxville HS (2016, 2017).
• Four-time NYSPHSAA Section One selection.
• Named NYSPHSAAA Section One All-League all four seasons.
• Registered 312 career points, ranking second overall in the history of Bronxville HS.
• Named to the NYSPHSAA Class D States All-Tournament Team
• Selected as the 2017 State Semifinal Player of the Game.
• Helped her team to the state finals in 2017 after a state semifinal appearance in 2016.
• Named to the Journal News Westchester/Putnam All-Star first team in 2017.
• Won the Golden Dozen Scholar Athlete Award for academics, athletics, and community service in 2017.
• Selected to the Hudson Valley Regional Team and was named Rookie of the Year in 2016.
• Won the school’s Ellen O’Toole D’Arcy Team Sports Award for an athlete who consistently shows self-sacrifice, commitment, and teamwork in each of her sports.
• Earned the Street Medal Award for athletes who have been outstanding in interscholastic competition throughout their high school careers and have exhibited leadership and citizenship in their activities.
• Lettered twice in both basketball and tennis.
Personal
• Olivia Stone Jensen is the daughter of Sam and Joanne Jensen ’84 and has one older sister.
• Mother, uncle, and grandfather all attended Cornell.
• Father played football and ran track at Harvard, graduating in 1985.
• Enrolled in the SC Johnson College of Business.
