Biography
Hughes is a a 29-year old walk-on that has joined the team as a face-off specialist. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2008-14 and achieved the rank of Sergeant and Billet of Scout Sniper Team Leader. Hughes previously attended Moorpark College.
As a senior (2020)
• Did not play (season shortened due to COVID-19).
As a junior (2019)
• Saw action in one game as a junior, playing against St. Bonaventure.
• Won 1-of-1 face-offs vs. the Bonnies.
At Thousand Oaks HS
• Two-year lacrosse captain at Thousand Oaks HS.
• Wrestled for three seasons.

• Hunter James Hughes is the son of James and Jeanne Hughes and he has one younger sister.
