As a junior (2019-20)
• Recorded 18 points on five goals and 13 assists in 25 games, tying for sixth in team scoring.
• Plus-18 rating ranked second among the team's forwards, trailing just classmate Brenden Locke — with whom he spent most of the year on a line.
• Had multiple points in four of his first six games, including game-winning, power-play goal Nov. 15 at Clarkson in a rematch of the 2019 ECAC Hockey Championship game.
• Scored game-winning goal Feb. 21 at Yale.
As a sophomore (2018-19)
• Spent better part of season on team's most potent line with classmates Morgan Barron and Brenden Locke.
• Enjoy breakout season with 25 points on 12 goals and 13 assists.
• Placed on All-ECAC Hockey third team.
• Received All-Ivy League honorable mention.
• Ranked second on team in goals and tied for second among ECAC Hockey forwards with plus-16 rating.
• Named ECAC Hockey Player of the Week and NCAA Second Star of the Week on Jan. 14, 2019 after scoring three goals and adding an assist in games vs. Arizona State weekend prior.
As a freshman (2017-18)
• Scored three goals with 10 assists for 13 points and a plus-10 rating in 24 games, most frequently playing on the right wing of a line with classmate Morgan Barron on the opposite wing and Trevor Yates '18 at center.
• Had two assists in collegiate debut Oct. 27 in a 5-1 win over Alabama-Huntsville.
• First collegiate goal came Jan. 5 vs. Princeton, shortly after returning from injury-related absence of five games.
• Potted unassisted, winning goal Jan. 20 at Colgate.
• Second multi-point game came via two assists in March 9 victory over Quinnipiac in Game 1 of an ECAC Hockey Championship quarterfinal series at Lynah Rink.
Prior to Cornell
• Ranked third on BCHL's Power River Kings in 2016-17 with 69 points, piling up 32 goals and 37 assists through 54 games.
• Named BCHL Rookie of the Year and second-team all-star.
• Spent two seasons prior at The Gunnery, helping team win 2016 NEPSAC title while being named to the New England West all-star team and finishing as runner-up for forward of the year.
• Competed in USA Hockey Select 16 Player Development camp in 2015.
• Came up through Dallas Stars Elite Hockey Club program.
Personal
• Cameron Drew Donaldson is the son of Brian and Patricia Donaldson, and he has an older sister.
• Enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the SC Johnson College of Business.
