2023 | SENIOR SEASON
Earned Second Team All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy honors for a second consecutive season ... finished season with a .277 batting average, hitting eight doubles, one triple, six home runs and drove in 24 runs ... had a two-double game against Purdue Fort Wayne (March 4) ... drove in team-high five RBI in victory over Ithaca (April 4) ... also had a four-RBI game against Penn (April 28) ... three of his six home runs came in final five games of season — including hitting a home run in both games of May 6 doubleheader at Dartmouth.

2022 | JUNIOR SEASON
Earned Second Team All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy distinctions ... finished with .311 batting average, six doubles, and two triples ... seven home runs and 26 RBI both led team ... went 4-for-4 with four runs, two triples, and a home run against Dartmouth (April 23) ... started 22 of his 29 appearances, all of which came in the outfield ... named Ivy League Player of the Week on two occasions.

2021 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Ranked 143rd among freshmen nationally, according to D1Baseball analytics ... one of team's primary designated hitters through nine games before season was truncated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Competed for four seasons at The Meadows School, where he was named the Class 2A state player of the year after hitting .680 with 11 doubles, four triples, eight homers and 36 RBIs ... named Meadows' Athlete of the Year for 2018-19 ... selected to Las Vegas Review-Journal's Best of Nevada Preps second team after senior season ... twice earned first-team 2A all-state and team MVP honors ... three-time selection to 2A all-conference first team (2017-19) after garnering a second-team nod as a freshman (2016) ... member of National Honor Society, Cum Laude Society and an AP Scholar.

PERSONAL
Sam Aaron Kaplan is the son of Stuart and Lori Kaplan, and he has one sister ... enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
