At Cornell:
Junior (2006-07): Forgues was second on the team in points last season with 16, and led the team in assists with nine. She scored her first goal of the season on the power play in the Big Red’s 3-2 win over Brown on Oct. 21. Forgues registered a five-point weekend on the road against Rensselaer and Union, with two goals and three assists. She was named the Tompkins Trust Big Red Player of the Week for her efforts. In the Big Red’s 3-0 win over Union on Jan. 26, Forgues scored the game-winning goal and added an assist. She was penalized five times for 10 minutes.

Sophomore (2005-06): As a sophomore, Forgues played in all 28 games. She led the team in goals with 12, including three game-winners. Forgues scored the game-winning goal in the Big Red's 4-3 upset win over No. 9 Harvard on Feb. 17.

Freshman (2004-05): Forgues appeared in all but one of the Big Red's contests as a freshman. She picked up the first goal of her career in a road contest at Bemidji State on Jan. 1. She finished the year with two goals and three assists for five points.

Prior to Cornell:
Forgues was a multi-sport athlete at The Hotchkiss School, earning a total of seven varsity letters. While playing center, Forgues was a three-time letter winner in ice hockey. Forgues was named as an all-Connecticut player from 2001-04 and was an all-New England player from 2002-04 while earning three letters in soccer. She also was a sprinter on the track and field team and was named all-New England in 2001.

Personal:
Brittany Louise Forgues is the daughter of Paul and Mary Ann Forgues. She has a younger brother and is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Cornell.
