2023 I SENIOR SEASON
Played in nine contests off the bench, scoring three goals ... added two ground balls and two caused turnovers ... scored on three of her four shot attempts ... had a goal in the win over Colgate, adding a ground ball and a cuased turnover ... also netted goals against Stanford and Columbia ... won a ground ball in a victoryt over Califonia ... caued a turnover against Dartmouth.

2022 I JUNIOR SEASON
Played in 14 contests with five starts, posting 14 goals and seven assists for 21 points ... ed the team by scoring on 54 percent of her shots ... had a pair of assists against Colgate and registered a three-point day vs. Columbia (2-1-3) ... recorded a hat trick in a win over Harvard ... posted two goals and an assist in the win over Albany ... made her first collegiate start against Syracuse and was credited with two assists ... notched three goals and an assist in a 16-13 shootout win over Dartmouth.

2021 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Posted four goals, two assists, two caused turnovers and a ground ball in six games, including two starts ... made her debut in the starting lineup during the Big Red's victory over Villanov ... netted her first career goal in the win over Marist, adding a caused turnover ... credited with the game-winning goal in a 9-8 win over Harvard ... scored a goal at Colgate ... had a career-high three-point day with a goal and two assists in the win over Columbia.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Was a US Lacrosse second-team All-American as a senior at Centereach HS ... captured US Lacrosse All-Academic honors in 2019 ... ranked second in the county in scoring in her final season with 100 points (79 goals, 21 assists) ... was a two-time all-county and all-division pick ... named to Newsday's All-Long Island second team and was one of the paper's top 100 players as a senior ... captured five varsity letters in lacrosse ... twice named the Middle Country Athlete of the Month during her senior year ... selected to represent Long Island Metro 2 at the US Lacrosse Schoolgirls National Tournament in 2017 ... was a four-year letter winner in field hockey ... named team MVP in field hockey as a senior captain ... three-time all-conference pick and two-time all-county.

Sophie Isabella Alois is the daughter of Ron and Corinne Alois and has an older brother and younger sister ... she is enrolled in the College of Human Ecology.
