2023 | SENIOR SEASON 
Earned All-Ivy League second team honors ... played in nine games, amassing 36 tackles and a team-leading 4.5 tackles for a loss of yards… finished tied for the team lead with two interceptions, with both of them coming in Cornell's season-opening victory against Lehigh on the road … intercepted two passes for the second straight season, a mark that is tied for 10th-most in the Ivy… finished tied for the team lead with two sacks… had five or more tackles in three games.

2022 I JUNIOR SEASON
Ranked among the team leaders with 25 tackles with 4.0 for a loss, a sack, two interceptions and a pass breakup ... played in all 10 contests with six starts at linebacker ... led the Big Red in interceptions and was second in tackles for loss ... returned an interception for a touchdown in the win over Colgate ... was credited with five tackles, including a tackle for loss, in the win over Dartmouth ... also intercepted a pass against VMI in the season opener ... credited with multiple tackles in six contests.

2021 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in all 10 contests with nine starts, racking up 22 tackles with 5.5 for a loss, 2.0 sacks, a pass breakup and two quarterback hurries ... made his collegiate debut against No. 22 VMI and was credited with two tackles and a hurry ... made his starting debut a week later at Yale, registering two tackles with 1.5 for loss ... had three stops with one for a loss at Bucknell ... posted four tackles with 1.5 for a loss at No. 22 Harvard ... credited with two solo stops in the win over Colgate ... made one tackle and broke up a pass in the win at Penn ... had four tackles with a sack at No. 22 Dartmouth ... notched two tackles and posted a quarterback hurry vs. Columbia.

2020 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Fletcher was a two-time first-team all-league selection at Wellesley HS ... posted 77 tackles with 3.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and an interception as a junior at linebacker ... elected captain as both a junior and senior ... lettered four times in baseball.

PERSONAL
Holt Woodbury Fletcher is the son of Web and Suzanne Fletcher and has an older sister ... he is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
