• Saw action in 17 games during her rookie season.
• Scored first collegiate goal against Rensselaer (2/21).
Before Cornell
• Played club ice hockey for Belle Tire.
• Named the assistant captain in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
• Member of the USA Hockey U16 Michigan State and National Champion team in 2017.
• Michigan State Champion in 2018 and 2019, and a USA National Competitor in 2018 and 2019.
• Also played two years of varsity lacrosse at Grosse Pointe High School.
Personal
• Elana Paulina Zingas is the daughter of Christopher and Marsha Zingas.
• Has one older brother, Nicolas, one older sister, Callista, and one younger sister, Emilia.
• Cousin, Louie Zingas, played for and graduated from Brown in 2018; he was on the men’s soccer team.
• Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
