ah953@cornell.edu directly.
Team/Group Education and/or Fueling Plans
For teams that are interested in scheduling a performance nutrition team talk or developing a training focused fueling plan, please email Allyssa Harrington at

Chocolate Milk Refuel Program
CSN has partnered with Cornell Dairy to provide chocolate milk to refuel student athletes after scheduled strength and conditioning sessions at Friedman Strength and Conditioning Center. This is limited to organized training sessions overseen by a member of the S&C coaching staff.
If teams are interested in providing additional chocolate milk after team training sessions please contact your sport administrator to discuss your team's needs.
