Cornell University Athletics

As a senior (2020)

• Started eight of the team's nine games at shortstop, tying for the team lead with two doubles.
• Ended the truncated season reaching base in seven straight games, including 2-for-3 effort with an RBI on Feb. 29 vs. Niagara.

As a junior (2019)

• Emerged as one of the team's best defenders, playing in 32 games at second base, third base and designated hitter.
• Ranked second on team with 18 RBI with a double, a triple, a home run and two stolen bases. All but two of those RBI came in Ivy League play.
• Drove in three runs with first collegiate home run in first of April 6's game vs. Brown.
• Had one of team's two four-hit performances on the year with a 4-for-5 day with a double and stolen base April 20 vs. Princeton. 

As a sophomore (2018)

• Appeared once, starting at third base Feb. 23 at Texas A&M before suffering a season-ending injury.

As a freshman (2017)

• Did not appear in any games.

Prior to Cornell

• Two-time all-district selection and also earned all-state and academic all-state honors in 2016 with St. Thomas HS.
• Won state championship during sophomore season and achieved a top-10 national ranking during senior year.
• Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal

• Jack Alexander Carnegie is the son of Jack and Lynda Carnegie.
• Enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
