Finished season with sixth-most draw controls in a season with 56 ... also posted second most caused turnovers on the team (11) and scooped up 18 ground balls ...  became the first player in program history with 200 or more draw control wins with three wins at Princeton ... finished career with 233 ... had seven instances of four or more draw control victories, including season-high of nine at Colgate ... claimed six draws in season-opening victory over California and four against No. 15 Virginia ... also had four victories at Binghamton and eight at No. 24 Harvard ... finished season with five draw wins versus No. 12 Penn and at Brown ... also had two caused turnovers and two ground balls against Bears ... scooped up three ground balls at Le Moyne, vs. Columbia, and against No. 3 Syracuse ... also had season-high four caused turnovers against nationally-ranked Orange ... named Academic All-Ivy.

2023 I SENIOR SEASON
Her 64 draw control wins rank third in a single season in Cornell history ... also posted 12 ground balls and six caused turnovers in 15 starts ... set the school's career record for draw controls when she was credited with seven against Princeton, giving her 163 for her career - four more than Sarah Hefner '15 ... ended the season with a record 177 ... had seven games with at least five draw wins, including a high of eight against both Binghamton and UConn ... won multiple ground balls against Dartmouth and Penn State ... claimed five draw victories in a win over Yale ... won five draws and added a ground ball and caused turnover in consecutive wins over Colgate and Cal ... kicked off the campaign with seven draw controls in a road victory at UAlbany.

2022 I JUNIOR SEASON
Named honorable mention All-Ivy League ... set the Cornell single-season draw control record with 73 while playing all 16 contests ... ranks fifth on the school's career draw controls list with 113 ... fifth in the conference with her 4.56 draw control wins per game with the top four individual game totals - including two in 2022 ... her 12 draw controls against Albany set a school record that surpassed the 11 she posted at UConn, tying the mark she set against Penn State in 2020 ... added goals against Binghamton and Connecticut and notched two caused turnovers vs. Colgate.

2021 I SOPHOMORE SEASON

2020 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Had 40 draw controls in six contests (three starts), a mark that ranked as the 15th-most in a single season at Cornell ... led the team and ranked second in the Ivy League at 6.7 draws per game ... had the top two single-game draw control marks in school history in her first six collegiate games ...had five draw wins in victories over both Villanova and Marist ... set a school record with 11 draw wins at No. 25 Penn State ... earned her first collegiate start in the win at Harvard ... won seven draw controls at Colgate ... credited with 10 draw control wins, No. 2 in a single game at Cornell, in an Ivy victory over Columbia.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Scored more than 250 career points and earned US Lacrosse All-America honors as a senior midfielder at Bernards HS ... selected to represent New Jersey North Team 1 at the US Lacrosse Schoolgirls National Tournament in 2018 ... earned first-team all-division honors in each of her final three seasons ... was a first-team All-Group pick as a senior and a third-teamer as a sophomore and junior ... named to the US Lacrosse All-Academic team in each of her final two years ... scored 142 career goals with 111 assists ... helped her team to a state title as a sophomore ... was a second-team all-state selection and a first-team all-division and all-county pick in field hockey as a senior captain ... earned a spot in the North Jersey Coach's Association Senior All-Star game after helping her team lead to a pair of county titles ... two-year captain of the basketball team ... earned a pair of first-team all-division honors.

PERSONAL
Anna Kristina Thomas is the daughter of John and Louise Thomas and has an older brother and younger sister ... her cousins, Caroline (field hockey at Cornell) and Nicholas (lacrosse at Yale) are also collegiate athletes ... she is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
