Senior Season — 2013
Irigoyen came off the bnech March 30 at Harvard, then made his only start of the year on April 28 in the second game of a doubleheader against Princeton. He finished his career batting .160 over 15 games with two runs and three RBIs.

Junior Season — 2012
Irigoyen did not see any game action.

Sophomore Season — 2011
Irigoyen batted .150 in nine contests (four starts) in the field and was 1-0 with a 5.62 ERA in seven relief appearances on the mound. As a pitcher, Irigoyen scattered 10 hits in 8.0 innings of work, striking out 10. He picked up his first career victory with a win over Brown. He allowed two hits and one run in 1.2 innings against the Bears. Irigoyen struck out two in batters against Rider in his first appearance of the season. At the plate, he had a pinch-hit single and scored a run at LeMoyne. He also walked once after staying in the contest.

Freshman Season — 2010
Irigoyen appeared in four games on the season, making his collegiate debut with a pinch-hit single and a run scored on April 14 against LeMoyne. For the season, Irigoyen went 1-for-3 with a run scored and a pair of runs driven in. He also drew a walk on April 28 against Binghamton. Irigoyen made one appearance on the mound as a freshman, working 1.2 innings and allowing three earned runs on a pair of hits, surrendering one home run. 

Prior to Cornell
Irigoyen was a three-time all-district shortstop and served as team captain as a senior in 2009. He was also a member of the all-academic team as a senior. Irigoyen earned four letters in baseball. He played summer league for Team adidas and was the 2003 Triple Crown National Championship most valuable player.

Personal
Anthony Frank Irigoyen is the son of Joe and Kim Irigoyen and has an older brother and a younger brother. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
