Tutun did not appear in any games.

Sophomore Season — 2016
Tutun appeared in 13 games and earned seven starts during the last few weeks of the season at second base or shortstop. He had hits in five of those seven starts with a stolen base and his first collegiate RBI in an April 23 game at Penn.

Freshman Season — 2015
Tutun did not appear in any games.

Prior to Cornell
Tutun was a three-time all-league selection in high school, finishing his career with a .416 batting average. In his 258 career at-bats at the varsity level, he struck out just 10 times while swatting 99 career hits. He won the Diamond 9 Award and earned all-section honorable mention as a senior. While serving as a captain, he helped the squad win its first section title in 30 years and its first-ever appearance in the state championship game. Tutun also played hockey in high school, where he received the Heart and Hustle Award as a senior.

Personal
Griffin Tutun is the son of Ted and Laura Tutun, and he has a brother and a sister. His father played baseball at Harvard. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
