Senior Season — 2017
The former walk-on earned first-team All-Ivy League honors after recording eight saves, which tied for the league lead. He led the team with 17 appearances while posting a 3.86 ERA with no record. Lannoo proved to be quite the escape artists, remarkably stranding all 12 of the runners he inherited over the course of the season. He was at his best in Ivy League play, where he had a miniscule 0.96 ERA over nine outings. After the season, Lannoo was selected by the San Francisco Giants in the 28th round of the 2017 MLB draft, and he finished out the summer with the Short Season-A Salem-Keizer Volcanoes of the Northwest League.

Junior Season — 2016
After starting the season as the Big Red's closer and recording his first collegiate save March 13 at Wofford, Lannoo entered the team's rotation and ranked third on the team with seven starts. He had a 3-3 record, with his three victories ranking second on the team, with a 5.15 ERA. Lannoo ended the season strong with four straight starts of seven or more innings. Among those workhorse efforts was a nine-inning complete game at Penn in which he struck out the side in the ninth to lock down a 7-4 victory over the Quakers. His eight strikeouts in that game were a complete game, capping the Big Red's first nine-inning complete game since 2004.

Sophomore Season — 2015
Lannoo walked on to the team and made an immediate impression with the pitching staff. He made five appearances out of the pen and finished the year with a 2.19 ERA to lead all non-starters. The strikeout was Lannoo's specialty, considering he averaged a punchout per inning and had a pair of appearances with three K's against Brown on March 30 and at Dartmouth on April 4. He had a string of four straight appearances through mid-March and early-April where he did not surrender a run, which brought his ERA down significantly.

Peter Johnson Lannoo is the son of Michael and Susan Lannoo. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
