Senior Season — 2013
Parthemer made two starts and four relief appearances, including two no-hit innings as part of the Big Red's shutout of Villanova on March 23. He struck out a season-high four batters in that game. He was 0-2 for the season with a 4.80 earned run average, and opposing batters hit just .207 against him. Parthemer finished his career at Cornell with a 1-3 record, 4.45 ERA and 32 strikeouts in 32.1 innings.

Junior Season — 2012
Parthemer successfully returned from a lengthy injury to serve as a weekday starter and long reliever in Ivy League play. He made three appearances in league games — the most among the squad’s three lefties — earning a victory April 8 at Yale when he surrendered an unearned run while fanning two in an inning of work. ... His two starts came in consecutive weeks against Albany and Canisius. His outing against Albany was his longest of the season, accounting for three scoreless innings in a no-decision. ... Parthemer allowed just one of the six runners he’s inherited to score this season. He made 10 appearances — tied for the most among the team's three lefties — including outings in both of the Big Red's NCAA Chapel Hill Regional games June 1-2.

Prior to Cornell
A transfer from Bellevue Community College, Parthemer was the only freshman on the team's starting rotation in 2009, posting a 2-3 record with 60 strikeouts in 49 innings and a 3.38 earned-run average. He suffered an injury in his first start as a sophomore while combining on a no-hitter. At Eastside, he was a two-time all-league pitcher, combining in his final two years of high school for a 13-3 record with 127 strikeouts in 94 innings. He helped his team to a state championship and a berth in the state quarterfinals as a junior, and, as a senior, had his team ranked first in the state in the final regular-season poll while posting a sparkling 1.28 earned-run average.
