Joseph was a scout team member at corner back as a freshman and sophomore and will have an opportunity to play a  larger role as a junior in the defensive backfield.

At Buckingham, Browne & Nichols
Joseph was a four-year letter winner on the gridiron while playing three sports (basketball and baseball) and Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School. He helped his squad to a four-year record of 28-3 with a pair of NEPSAC Super Bowl championships. An all-league pick in 2009, he was invited to compete in the Shriner’s Senior All-Star Classic. Joseph was named to the Boston Globe All-Academic Football team. He made 22 tackles in eight starts, intercepting one pass. As a wide receiver, Joseph hauled in 16 passes for 260 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for a third.

Andre Charles Joseph is the son of Arthur Banks and Cynthia Joseph. He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
