Prior to Cornell
Jenkins joined the Big Red in July of 2023 following a season with Ivy League foe Harvard, serving three different roles as the team's Offensive Quality Control Coordinator, Assistant Quarterbacks Coach, and Assistant Run Game Coordinator. Prior to that, he served as an Offensive Student Coach with the University of Cincinnati during a stretch where the Bearcats won two conference titles and earned a bid to the College Football Playoff.
