At Ventura HS
Armstrong graduated from Ventura HS ranked third all-time in school history in rushing yardage with 3,181 yards and 46 touchdowns. A two-time first-team all-league and all-county selection at running back, Armstrong was a two-year team captain. He was a league all-academic team selection as a junior and senior, earned Ventura County Star Athlete of the Week twice and was chosen to represent the West team in the county senior all-star game in his final season. He was named the team and league offensive MVP after leading his team to an unbeaten league championship season after running for 1,632 yards and 23 touchdowns as a senior. Armstrong was named the Ventura County Star’s Student-Athlete of the Year and was voted into the Ventura County High School Sports Hall of Fame.

Conner Bernard Armstrong is the son of Adam and Kimberly Armstrong and has an older brother and sister. His brother, Adam, plays football at Pacific. He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
