2022 I FIFTH-YEAR SENIOR SEASON
Named honorable mention All-Ivy League at safety ... elected as team captain ... compiled 43 tackles with four pass breakups, two forced fumbles, an interception and a fumble recovery ... finished third in the league in forced fumbles overall and in league games (two) ... credited with a strip-sack in the 17-13 win over Dartmouth ... posted an interception with four tackles in the win at VMI ... notched six tackles and a pass breakup against Yale in the Ivy opener ... registered a season-high eight stops with two pass breakups at Colgate ... credited with six tackles and a forced fumble at Columbia.

2021 I SENIOR SEASON
Finished tied for third on the team with 45 tackles, adding an interception, two pass breakups and a fumble recovery ... had five tackles with one-half tackle for loss at Bucknell in his first career start ... added four tackles with his first interception and another pass breakup at No. 22 Harvard ... made eight tackles and recovered a fumble against Brown ... posted seven tackles in the win at Penn ... registered eight stops at No. 22 Dartmouth ... had three tackles and broke up a pass against Columbia ... the defense ranked fifth in the Ivy League and top 50 nationally, allowing 212.6 passing yards per game.

2020 I JUNIOR SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Saw action in all 10 games, posting nine tackles and recovering a fumble ... made a pair of special teams tackles against Georgetown ... had one tackle and recovered a fumble at Harvard ... notched a special teams tackle vs. No. 12 Princeton ... credited with three tackles in the win over No. 12 Dartmouth ... had two tackles in the season-ending Empire State Bowl victory over Columbia.

2018 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Missed the entire season due to injury.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Harris helped Muskegon HS to a state title as a senior while playing safety, outside linebacker and wide receiver ... a state scholar, he was invited to compete in the M.A.C. all-star game after making 28 tackles with six pass breakups and an interception during his final campaign ... Harris was named the team’s Most Improved Player as a junior ... he also lettered in baseball.

PERSONAL
Demetrius Lemar Harris is the son of Demetrius Harris and Lasheika Williams and has two younger brothers ... his cousin, Ronald Johnson, played wide receiver at USC and was a sixth round pick in the 2011 NFL Draft ... another cousin, Corey Johnson, played football at Troy ... he is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and the SC Johnson College of Business.
